Leaving Certificate Applied Programme

This is a two year practical and vocational programme with a considerable degree of continuous assessment.

Work Experience plays an integral part of LCA, with at least four placements required over the two year programme.

  • Graphics & Construction

The Syllabus is divided into modules and the assessment is classroom based. Tasks and practical exams are assessed by the State Examinations Commission throughout the two year programme with terminal written exams taking place in June.
